Once accepted at CSU, you can enroll as a Rise Scholar and be equipped with the financial resources and dedicated on-campus support systems you need to succeed during your first year of college.

Honors College Scholarships

Students admitted to the Chicago State Honors College are eligible to receive scholarships to cover their tuition and mandatory fees. You can apply as an entering first-year undergraduate student, as a transfer undergrad, or as an established CSU undergraduate student.

CSU, Ivy Tech Receive $2.5 Million Grant to Launch IC2Tech Consortium, Revitalize Intelligence Community Center
Chicago, IL (Nov. 25, 2024) - The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has awarded Chicago State University (CSU) and Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana a $2.5 million grant to establish the Illiana Consortium for Intelligence and Critical Technology Studies (IC2Tech). The consortium will revitalize CSU's Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence (IC CAE) program and is one of just six initiatives nationwide selected for funding.
